Oakwood Farm is located in Virginia, near Warrenton in Virginia, over 600 acres of rolling hills, in an ideal environment for horses. It focuses on breeding horses from European background, whether Selle Français (French Warmblood), Oldenburg or Hanoverian.
Many are trained as jumpers or hunters, but dressage is the strong point of the farm’s owner, Caroline Collomb, French by birth, who had a successful international dressage carreer in Europe and in the US.
A new barn, built in 2009 with a large indoor arena, provides excellent training conditions.
Clinics with the best European instructors are being organized from time to time.
The farm also raises Angus cattle and produces hay to be sold.
